About Us

One Cart Problem, Solved Properly

CornerCart started with a single goal: make carts convert better without slowing stores down. Today, over 4,500 Shopify stores around the world run their carts on software we build from Kerala, India.

Our story

From two customers to thousands of stores

On launch day, exactly two merchants paid us nine dollars each. For months afterwards, almost nobody else showed up. We kept listening, kept shipping, and kept solving the one problem we cared about, until strangers started installing without us pushing. It turns out the internet doesn't care where your code is written. It only cares whether it works.

The journey

How we got here

Step 1
Step 2
Step 3

Started small. Really small.

Our first supporters were a handful of merchants who believed in us before the market noticed we existed. They kept us honest about the difference between early believers and real demand.

Merchants shaped the product

Our best lessons came from requests that sat just outside the feature list. We've written custom logic for a single store when the moment called for it, then turned those conversations into features everyone gets.

Trusted around the world

A merchant in Canada, a brand in Australia, a founder in Germany. None of them installed CornerCart because of where we are. They installed it because it helps them sell more.

How we work

A remote team that works hard at staying close

We're a fully remote team, and we treat closeness as something you build on purpose, from Friday game nights to writing things down so everyone can think together.

What we value

The culture we're building

Step 1
Step 2
Step 3
Step 4

Act first, no permission needed

Everyone here has standing permission to try things they believe will work. Nobody gets blamed for trying and failing. That's how the good ideas surface.

Questions are the default

We ask a lot of questions, skip the small talk, and talk openly and directly with everyone, founders included.

We write to think

Writing comes first: to understand an idea ourselves, then to share it with the team. Diagrams count as writing too.

Connection is intentional

Growth quietly breaks the small rituals that make a team feel close, so we keep rebuilding them, game nights included.
