Where does the one click upsell appear?
Directly above the checkout buttons inside the cart drawer, as either a checkbox or a button. It stays within the cart — no page redirects.
What's the difference between the checkbox and button format?
Checkbox format feels low-commitment and works well for small, easy add-ons like gift wrapping. Button format is more prominent and suits higher-consideration add-ons like warranties or accessories. You pick the format when setting up the campaign.
Can I offer the upsell product at a discounted price?
Not currently. The upsell product is added at its standard Shopify price. Discounted upsell pricing is not yet supported.
How do I choose which product to upsell?
You manually specify the upsell product when setting up the campaign. There is no automatic recommendation. You decide which product pairs with which trigger condition.
What happens if the upsell product has multiple variants?
A variant selector appears for the customer to choose the right option (e.g. size or color) before adding. If the product has only one variant, it adds to the cart instantly.
Can I show different upsells to different customers or markets?
